Christmas was a little different this year with my new work schedule and Dad being gone. But we did our best to celebrate and have fun even if things were a little hectic.
Addison getting in the spirit at Cynthia's
I adore this picture of her!
Aaden helping with the tree. We didn't even decorate until the 17th.

Our tree :)
Few other decorations
Their new chairs from Grandma & Grandpa
Opening his big gift with Grandpa's help
LOVES his horse!
Sissy got a teddy bear that she loved on
He named him "Barry" because that's what Uncle Bub was calling Aaden all day
More presents
A tea set
Kickin' back with Grandma
Saying goodbye to Grandma
After we left there we went to our house to get packed up to stay the night at Emmy & Papas. But first we went to Waller's for some dessert and a night cap. The kids got to run around with their cousins and the Lovejoys. We decided to call it a night and went to Mom & Kenny's. Kenny snapped a few pics of the kids in the window, unfortunately little 1 year olds are too fast for slow shutters! ;)
We put the kids to bed and then Christopher, Aaron & I stayed up to visit longer and to get ready for the morning. We put toys together and turned in but not before putting cookies out for Santa.
Christmas morning faces
Santa came!!
Aaden got a garbage truck
Sissy got a princess castle
And they both got a pop up play hut
Aaden loved his garbage truck so much that he had no interest in opening other presents!
We convinced him to open his stocking
Winter hats. And mom's big ol' butt.
Fake smile

Another baby
And she loves it just the same

Naming of the dog. (Which didn't end up being his name!)
We start 'em off young around here
He was so content with his garbage trucks the whole rest of the day!
My love being pretty in her high chair
And being a goof in Emmy & Papa's room
After some much needed naps and a delicious Christmas dinner, we packed up and headed to Waller's to celebrate with the rest of the family.
All the kids gathered around while Aunt Krissie reads the limericks for the kids
Aaden raising his hand, realizing the gift was for him!
His limerick said, "You like your preschool and garbage trucks, too
But playing with Eli is your favorite thing to do."
Addison's said, "This little ladybug has really spread her wings.
She’s walking and talking, and even sings!
Eeee-iiiiii-eeee-iiiiiii-oooooo!"
Sweet Kaitlynn's first Christmas

Too much wine for Christopher?
All in all, it was a great Christmas surrounded by family. Christopher and I faired it pretty well. ♥
Lovin' our new Keurig and looking forward to our Santa Barbara trip in March!!
