We sold our first home on Oct 22, 2014. We can't believe how fast it sold, 6 days after it went on the market, we were in contract with buyers. And 45 days after that, we closed escrow.  
We had redone the floors in April - here are some before and afters.

It was bittersweet selling our home. We have made a lot of memories there over the past almost 6 years.  Both our kids were brought home to this house after they were born, my Mom and Kenny got married in the backyard, my brother had his graduation party there and it's also where my Dad passed away.  It was the right move for us but we will always hold a special place in our heart for 160 Amber Ct.
