We were leaving for Strawberry on Valentine's Day this year but the kids went to preschool and daycare for half days so I could get all packed up. It usually takes most of the day to pack for the trip! And this year was no different, especially since I stayed up waaay too late working on Valentine's for the kids' friends and also a gift for Aaron.

location of your choice)
May – Is that a giraffe I see? ….SF Zoo with you, the kids
& me!
June – School is over, time to put down the chalk….Let’s
head over to the Boardwalk! Miniature Gold & Giant Dipper
July – 4 years have flown by….Let’s celebrate you & I! (Couples massage in Monterey and dinner on Cannery Row)
August – Say Hey! .... Let’s go watch the Giants play!
September – No greater joy than seeing smiles on your
children’s faces…We’ll pack up and head to one of their favorite places! (Family
day at Gilroy Gardens)
October – See the jelly fish and watch the otters play. We’re going to the Aquarium for the day!
November – You say it’s your birthday? We’ll celebrate in
your own special way! (You get to pick the date this month J )
December – The best gift is one from the heart…Let’s lend a
helping hand and do our part! Pick an organization where we can volunteer our
time.
January – Food so good, it should be a sin….dinner at the
Tres Pinos Inn
February – Tap into your inner child….here’s a place to let
loose and go wild. (A night at Dave n’ Busters!)

The boys all went skiing/snowboarding and I was, well, a little laid up from the previous night's festivities so I missed out on the daytrip to Columbia. The grandparents took all the kids. They had a lot of fun in the old Western town - a good place to keep them entertained since there was NO snow except for a little on Dodge Ridge.

We set out for the day and went to Long Barn to go iceskating but Aaden didn't want to do it once we got there. So we watched Emery, Ellie, Liz & Jaya skate.
